The 2008 flowerbulb crop for Fall planting arrives in the U.S. in mid-September. Delivery starts September 22, 2008. Planting time for tulips, daffodils, crocuses, etc. is Fall (Sept.-Dec.), when soil temperatures in your area approach 55 degrees F.

   COLORBLENDS is an experienced flowerbulb company that now uses the internet. We are not an internet startup getting into flowerbulbs. We will continue to handle and deliver the highest quality flowerbulbs from the fields in the Netherlands to your doorstep in the United States. Our first priority is to ensure your success with flowerbulbs. To order an item on the website first click on the image you would like. In the lower left hand corner you will see the pull down bar with quantities. Click on the quantity you would like and then click on ADD TO CART. You can then add to your cart and follow the directions for checkout.

All "Colorblend" selections are shipped pre-blended unless otherwise stated.

Minimum Order

The minimum order amount per shipping address is $50.00.

Sales Tax

Connecticut residents add 6% sales tax. Shipping charges are taxable in CT; please include the shipping charges in your tax calculations.

Returned Checks

Checks returned for insufficient funds incur a $20.00 charge.

Shipping Charges

We ship via UPS or FedEx. Large orders (generally in excess of $1,500) are shipped via common carrier. Shipping Charges (a.k.a. delivery to your door) are as follows:

• Add 10% ($7.00 minimum)

  AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI and WV.
  Orders over $1500, add 7.5%

• Add 15% ($10.00 minimum)

  AR, AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA and WY.
  Orders over $1500, add 12.5%

• Add 40% ($20.00 minimum)

Even with shipping charges, you'll find our prices are some of the most competitive in the industry. Remember: no traffic, no waiting, no gas money, no parking charges. High-quality flowerbulbs are delivered to your doorstep.

Sorry, no shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or Guam.

We do not recommend planting in the southern portions of Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico or Texas, unless you know what you are doing!

The Colorblends Guarantee

Our first priority is to ensure your success with flowerbulbs. That's why we GUARANTEE to deliver commercially propagated, disease-free bulbs of the stated size and of the highest quality available. We also guarantee that none of our flowerbulbs has been collected from the wild. All flowerbulbs have a certificate of health issued by the United States and Dutch Departments of Agriculture.

If you find a problem with your order, please contact us (1-888-847-8637) within seven (7) days of delivery. We will straighten things out in a courteous and prompt manner. After safe delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for losses due to factors beyond our control (extreme weather, improper storage, delayed planting time).
