La Belle is a very old variety that was bred by crossing a species jonquilla with a poeticus daffodil. The jonquilla parent contributed the sweet fragrance. La Belle is a vigorous grower, rapidly forming nice little clumps that bear cheerful flowers. It has lots of garden possibilities.
